Refund policy

1. If you need to return an item or request a refund, please send us an email or leave a message: info@annasglry.com
2. Enter your order number & email to generate a prepaid return label.
3. Print and attach the label to your package and ship via the designated carrier.

   Thank you for shopping at Annasglry. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return the item(s) for a refund or store credit subject to the following terms:

   Return Eligibility

   • Items must be returned within 30 days of the order date to be eligible for a refund or store credit.
   • Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with original tags attached.
   • Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box (do not affix the return label directly to the shoe box; use a secondary packaging box).
   • Final Sale items (marked as such at checkout) are not eligible for return or refund.

   Non‑Returnable Items

   These items are final sale and cannot be returned:

   • Accessories (belts, hats, jewelry, scarves, etc.)
   • Bodysuits, swimwear
   • Any product marked “FINAL SALE” on the site

   Return Process

   To initiate a return: If you need to return an item or request a refund, please email us at info@annasglry.com. We’ll process your request within 3 days.

Refund Method

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–14 business days after we receive your returned items.
• If the original payment method cannot be refunded (e.g., gift card), a store credit will be issued.

Exchange Policy

Currently, we do not offer direct size/color exchanges online. You may return eligible items for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at info@annasglry.com with your order number and photos of the item and packaging.
